By requesting service, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Description
Dogstyle Inc. provides professional pet waste removal services for residential yards. Services
include the removal of dog waste from designated areas of the Client’s yard during scheduled
service visits.
Service frequency will be selected by the Client at the time of booking:
• Weekly
• Every Other Week
• Monthly
• One Time Clean Up
Dogstyle Inc. reserves the right to adjust service frequency or pricing based on yard conditions,
number of dogs, or accessibility.
2. Service Area
Services are currently available in the following locations:
• Vernon Hills, IL
• Libertyville, IL
• Mundelein, IL
• Lincolnshire, IL
• Lake Forest, IL
• Mettawa
• Riverwoods, IL
Dogstyle Inc. reserves the right to decline service outside of these areas.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure safe and efficient service, the Client agrees to:
• Provide safe and unobstructed access to the yard on scheduled service days.
• Ensure dogs are secured indoors or safely contained during service visits.
• Inform Dogstyle Inc. of any aggressive dogs or potential hazards on the property.
• Keep gates unlocked or provide access instructions if necessary.
Dogstyle Inc. is not responsible for missed services due to locked gates, aggressive dogs, or
inaccessible yards.
4. Yard Conditions
Dogstyle Inc. will remove visible dog waste from accessible areas of the yard. Service may be
limited by conditions including but not limited to:
• Tall grass
• Snow or severe weather
• Mud or flooding
• Construction debris
• Unsafe terrain
If conditions prevent safe service, Dogstyle Inc. may reschedule or skip the visit.
5. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is determined based on:
• Yard size
• Number of dogs
• Service frequency
Payment terms will be outlined in the Client’s quote.
Payments may be made via:
• Credit card
• Online payment
• Other approved payment methods
Invoices must be paid according to the terms provided. Dogstyle Inc. reserves the right to
pause service for unpaid balances.6. Waste Disposal
Dogstyle Inc. may dispose of collected waste either:
• In the Client’s trash receptacle, or
• Removed from the property by Dogstyle staff
Disposal method may vary based on service agreement.
7. Weather Policy
Service may be delayed due to extreme weather conditions including:
• Severe storms
• Heavy snowfall
• Dangerous yard conditions
If a service visit is missed due to weather, Dogstyle Inc. will attempt to reschedule or include
cleanup in the next scheduled visit.
8. Liability
Dogstyle Inc. will take reasonable care while performing services. However, Dogstyle Inc. is not
responsible for damages resulting from:
• Pre-existing yard conditions
• Hidden obstacles in the yard
• Unsecured pets
• Unsafe property conditions
The Client agrees to release Dogstyle Inc. from liability related to normal service operations.
9. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel service at any time by providing 48 hours notice prior to the next scheduled
visit.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a missed service charge.
